How long does it take to add my details
Vaargo is a matching service so you only enter your basic property details which takes around two minutes, there are no descriptions, pictures etc. When you receive an enquiry that is the time you send the enquirer either to your web site, an advert or email them a brochure.
How do I contact the enquirer
We send you the enquiry with a summary of what the enquirer is looking for together with the enquirers contact details. We suggest that you either send them to your web site, an advert you have on the web or else put together a package of information you can email to them.
I am receiving too many enquiries
The number of enquiries you receive is based on the information you enter in the membership area so you can decrease the number of enquiries you receive by for instance increasing your lowest budget price or you may have say a 4 bedroom villa where you are happy to rent it out to enquirers only requiring 3 bedrooms during quiet times so you can just increase this to 4 bedrooms and it will reduce the number of enquiries you receive.
I am receiving enquiries that are not suitable
This is a matching service so the only way this can happen is if you have not entered either the correct or specific enough information in your membership area - simply login and check that everything is correct.
